I freak out like anyone, I suppose. But then my strong faith in God and my desire to be creative drives me, I suppose.
What scares you the most?
Not being able to create things. I only hope to be as innovative and creative as I am now or moreso for decades to come, God willing.
What makes you happiest?
My immediate family and small circle of friends when they are supporting me through the good and the bad. I always try hard to share my support with them as well.
Why do you write? Have you always enjoyed writing?
I can’t help it. I’ve always liked writing since I was a kid. When I was in grade school, I used to write humorous comic book stories with my fictional characters which turned into a radio show which I recorded on my boom box and shared with friends and family. Of course it was tricky because some of my characters highly resembled some family members (who thankfully didn’t connect the dots). Naturally for me, I started writing poems, short stories, screenplays, technical books, and novels. This is my first time to write a Trilogy.
What books did you love growing up?
My favourite books were…A Wrinkle in Time by Madelein L’Engle, Are you there God? It’s me Margaret, by Judy Blume, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis, James, Flowers in the Attic by V.C. Andrews and the Giant Peach by Roald Dahl.
