How do you work through self-doubts and fear?
I just take one step at a time. The first is usually the hardest, but also the most liberating. That said – the goal needs to be big enough to warrant facing those doubts head on. It is sad that fear (of success or failure) holds so many people back from going for what they really want in life. Or something gets in the way and that becomes an excuse for giving up. After all, most of our fears, while they feel very real, in truth are only our imagining of a worst case scenario. I love the acronym for FEAR: F (false) E (evidence)
A (appearing) R (real).
What makes you happiest?

What’s your greatest character strength?
Tenacity – If I am really switched onto a project or a specific goal, I just keep going at it until I secure the prize.
What’s your weakest character trait?
Why do you write?
Language has always been my favourite form of expression; that can mean the written or spoken word. When writing about something I’m inspired about, I find my “flow” I am also the type of person who is driven to leave a meaningful and positive legacy for others. Writing for the business community is the perfect intersection for satisfying both of these things.
